ANZAHLUNG - Für eine verbindliche Buchung ist eine Anzahlung in der Höhe von 20% des Gesamtbetrages (Übernachtung und Endreinigung) fällig. Nach Zahlungseingang und Buchungsbestätigung gilt die Buchung als verbindlich und garantiert.
RÜCKTRITT/STORNO - Ab verbindlicher Buchung gilt die Anzahlung im Fall des Rücktritts des Gastes als Stornogebühr. Ansonsten gilt der Rücktritt von der Buchung unter folgenden Bedingungen: bis 1 Monat vor dem Ankuftstag 40% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis; bis 14 Tage vor dem Ankunftstag 70% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis; in den letzten 14 Tagen vor dem Ankuftstag 90% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis.
Ansonsten gelten die allgemeinen österreichischen Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie:
DOWN PAYMENT - to do an effective and binding booking of a suite there is a down payment of 20% of the full ammount (price fo the suite and final cleaning) necessary. Right after the down payment and confirmation the booking is effective and guaranteed.
CANCELLATION of the booking - After binding booking the down payment is kept as the cancellation fee. In other respects the cancellation is possible under the following conditions: 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival; 70% of the total agreed price by 14 days before the date of arrival; 90% of the total agreed price within the last 14 days prededing the date of arrival.
